While we accept returns and exchanges of our products, we still don't welcome them much, because we consider TOSKIN to be a lingerie, more than just the clothes. Producing body wear, we realize that TOSKIN is as close to the body as the underwear. For many of our clients, the choice of their favorite TOSKIN becomes as intimate as the choice of underwear. We consider TOSKIN to be not just a name, but a concept of comfortable underwear that really touches you like a second skin.
We fully understand that it might be unpleasant for our client to receive an item that was previously worn by somebody else, which is why we are ready to consult each client on the size, colors, shapes and other details of the product in order to avoid a possible return in the future.

However, with all the mentioned above, we still proceed returns and exchanges. Any items should be returned within 2 days after receiving. More information about the terms of return and exchange can be found in the Terms of Sales. Items bought online should be returned to our warehouse, not to showrooms. All items provided should be in resalable condition. Please note that our return policy may differ for special collection, as well as, that some sets of lingerie are not accepted back for hygiene and safety reasons.
In order to avoid a refund and exchange, we ask you to make responsible choices while purchasing, and we are always glad to assist you to select the right size according to your parameters, choose the right color, and, if necessary, advise on any other matters related to our products.
